Round-trip coach airfare allowance for two between media station home market and Cabo San Lucas Mexico is included in this program. Approximately three weeks before the flight, Escapes qualifiers will receive a pre-trip confirmation letter with flight details and record locator number. Flights will be planned by your Escapes Travel Headquarters Concierge (surcharges/fare differences for upgrades or deviations will be assessed directly to the qualifier).

All travelers must have a valid passport booklet to travel to Mexico with two pages required for entry stamp. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the final day of travel listed in your pre-trip packet. Passport cards are not valid for travel.

NOTE: Your international airline ticket must match the name on your passport. Please advise Escapes Travel Headquarters immediately if your name has changed since your passport was issued. There can be no exceptions. Travelers will be denied boarding if the ticket and passport name are not the same.

If a travel participant does not have a passport, the “National Passport Information Center” at 877-487-2778 or http://travel.state.gov will provide the information needed.

With proper application, a passport will take 6 – 8 weeks using “Routine Service” or 2 – 3 weeks using “Expedited Service” (faster service with payment of expedited handling fees). Once passport is received, be sure to sign it in the proper space.

Entry from the United States requires no special health certificates.

Rules and Regulations

The trip is for the internal company use of the media station’s advertisers or affiliates and cannot be transferred to any other party. The trip will commence and end in the media station home market. If qualifiers must leave from another city, Escape Travel Headquarters should be notified immediately. All flight deviations will be planned by your Escape Travel Headquarters Concierge and surcharges/fare differences will be assessed directly to the qualifier. Please refer to the transportation section for more details. All accommodations are on a double/shared basis.

Qualification deadline is December 31, 2021, and travel must be completed by June 30, 2022. Black-out dates include: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Year’s week, Spring Break, Easter week-end, Memorial Day week-end, 4th of July, and Labor Day. 60 day advance notice is required to travel.

Final trip documents will be sent approximately three weeks prior to the departure date. This pre-trip packet will include:

What to Pack

Comfortable attire is recommended for the flight. Be sure to pack “resort casual” clothes.  Casual dress is appropriate at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos throughout the year. Bathing suits are acceptable only on the beach, pool and poolside dining, not in restaurants.
